Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus Idaeus) is a member of the Rose family and indigenous to North America and Asia Minor. The plant is native to Europe, growing in the wild woods, roadsides, hillsides, and in rocky and dry sites. Its use goes back to the 1700 hundreds and is known as a female herb but have also been utilized to help children and men with conditions associated with lung congestion as result of the flu or a cold; upset stomach, edema, and diarrhea.
